So far it's gone really well. According to my scales (and of course there is no doubt that the scales at the pharmacy will be different) I am now 180.2lbs which means I've lost nearly 7lbs in 5 days. This is good going.
However, I have found today a real struggle. I think because I woke up so late that by the time it was 11am I hadn't even had a shake or any water. I had 1 shake, drank a litre of water and then when I went to the shop for food for my daughter's visit tomorrow I bought some frankfurters and ate them. I figure that if I'm really struggling rather than struggle and feel shitty I will have a small break, deal with the craving, and then get back into a good frame of mind.
I have my stripey dress hanging up on my door to inspire me each morning I wake up and I'll just carry on as I have been. Drink more water today and maybe a shake later and then back to it with a vengence tomorrow.
Not letting the bad times ruin the good.

It's been a while....
So... here I am again. I kinda put this blog to the back of my mind but found it again earlier today when I was going through my bookmarks folder.
It's quite inspiring to read back over how well I did when I first went on the Lipotrim diet. I've put on, since coming off the diet in November 2010, 20lbs. I'm currently 187.7lbs which is where I was after being on the diet for 6 weeks.
Its a little soul destroying but at least I am doing something about it.

July 2011 Update
I've kinda lost track of using this blog to record my weight loss... which is a shame really because when I need inspiration it's great to come here and see how well I have actually done.
It has obviously been months since I last posted (Christ I haven't posted since October last year!!!) and, whilst I've still not reached that goal weight of 161lbs I've done not bad at all... all things considered.
When I finally stopped the diet in November of last year I was, at my lowest, 163lbs. I maintained that weight for a long time... quite a few months in fact until well into the New Year. I went to the work Christmas party (wearing a skinny ass dress I might add) and everyone commented on how amazing I looked.
I also got rid of the red hair... I realised that for a long long time I had been hiding behind it.... using it as a shield in the hope that it stopped people noticing the fat person that I was.
By February I was.... and still am... white blonde. I can't actually figure out if I'm now just hiding behind a different colour but I like it... it cheers me up andmakes me feel less frumpy.
The weight loss lasted for a long time into the new year and then... around April time I noticed that a few pounds here and there were starting to creep back on. I cut back but seemed to have difficulty shifting those extra little pounds and so, when I reached the point of having put 10lb back on I went back on to Lipotrim.
Here I am again... even more determined to get down to that 161lbs and... if I'm lucky... even less.

Day 63
Well another weigh day has come and gone and it's been another loss of 4lbs.
It amazes me that I'm still losing. I got out of the shower earlier and was a little overcome when I realised I'm now only 12st 4lb. I don't ever remember being this weight. I mean I'm sure I have been this weight before but it was so long ago I just don't remember when it was.
I'm constantly surprised by my clothes as well. Stuff I've only just bought simply don't fit already. I'm glad I'm buying cheaper stuff thats all I can say. I've also bought jeans and trousers with the aim of fitting into them later only to find that I can get into them now.
Anyway... 1lb away from 40lbs lost and only 3lb away from having lost 3 stone. Feeling awesome...

Day 54
Its been quite some time since I last blogged about the diet and it's been very up and down... with me having some really difficult days and weeks.
Breaking into the 12 stone range was a huge milestone for me... but since doing that in Week 6 I have really struggled in the last 2 weeks to lose more. Week 7 was a good one.. with me losing another 4lb but Week 8 was very very difficult with me even breaking the diet on one day by eating chicken.
This past Week 9 has been much better but I have broken the diet again tonight by having a slice of bread. The trouble is Hannah isn't here so I'm on my own and get bored and its harder to distract myself from the urge for food.
Some positive notes though... I'm now into Size 16 jeans... FROM NEXT!!! It is well known that Next sizes are actually on the small size so I'm very pleased with this.

Day 33
It's Friday and I have had such a shitty week. I don't know why but I guess I had to hit the wall as far as positivity was concerned at some point. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be better. Buck up a bit in time for the weigh-day on Sunday...
